Vintage Performing Arts Incorporated is the Vintage Brass Band’s parent organization. Established as a not for profit corporation in the state of Illinois in August, 2009, Vintage Performing Arts is in the process of applying for Federal Tax Exempt Status under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
